The structural steel shell, in contrast to the solidity and slenderness of the external walls, gives the building a unique identity within the urban skyline, highlighting its ingenious engineering and architectural design, making it a masterpiece and a milestone of innovation in Latin America.

Description:
Inspiralto is the creation of an innovative development that rises without the need for interior columns, providing large windows offering stunning views and exceptional natural light. The other towers, designed with sustainability in mind, rise alongside it, creating a harmonious composition suspended in the air that gives life to Skycity. Only the anchors descend into the urban forest to form the central esplanade. The harmony between nature and life is the soul of Inspiralto, where every aspect is carefully designed to delight the senses and enrich the spirit.

Description:
A space where power emerges through the contrast of two antagonistic volumes, opposed both in their essence and in their way of inhabiting the terrain, but which, despite their differences, coexist in an unexpected symmetry.
Both volumes, with their opposing implants in the terrain, offer a visual and conceptual tension. One strives to integrate with nature through its weight, while the other seeks to coexist in balance, almost unnoticed, creating a symbiotic relationship between the heavy and the light, the permanent and the ephemeral.

Description:
Farah is a celebration of balance and time, inspired by the joy and optimism that her name embodies in Arabic.
Its design is based on the four essential elements: earth, fire, air, and water, with earth and fire being the primary symbols of stability, transformation, and vital energy.
The earth element is the foundation of the structure, representing the connection with the eternal and the tangible. It manifests itself in the solidity of the materials, the organic form of the spaces, and the integration with the natural environment, where the architecture interacts with the landscape, ensuring its permanence over time.
Fire symbolizes energy and constant transformation. This element is expressed through the natural light that floods the spaces and the warmth of the material tones, creating vibrant environments that invite contemplation and introspection. Fire is also the driving force behind evolution, reflecting the innovative and bold nature of the design.
